Anxiety is a normal and sometimes helpful experience – however, it can also become problematic.
Sometimes, difficult events and experiences in life can leave us feeling down, and sometimes we can experience low mood.
Self-esteem concerns the value and worth we place on ourselves. If you have high self-esteem, you’re likely to feel more self-assured.
