We will begin with a 15 minutes free telephone consultation in order that I may understand your concerns and difficulties. This can lead to short or long term 50 minutes one-to-one therapy sessions, depending on your needs.

During face-to-face sessions we will work together to understand your concerns, and empower you with tools and techniques to manage them and reach your desired goals.

I can help you deal with various life situations such as anxiety, depression, low mood, stress, self-esteem, bereavement or loss, trauma, suicidal thoughts, sleep problems, confidence, social anxiety, anger, addiction, relationships, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), phobia (fear) and Post Traumatic Stress disorder (PTSD).

I am a fully qualified CBT Psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA) and adhere to their ethical framework.

I have experience in working with Samaritans to provide help to individuals, who called us to seek support during challenging times in their lives.
